Jerrod Idle

Jerrod Idle enters his third season as an assistant coach for TAMIU this fall. He achieved a solid two-year playing career for the Dustdevils before entering the coaching ranks. Idle played two seasons at Richland Junior College before transferring to TAMIU.

Idle graduated with a bachelor's in fitness and sports with a minor in business last December. He is currently pursuing a master's in exercise science with an emphasis on performance enhancement and injury prevention. Idle aspires to own and operate a gym after graduation.
